If you haven't heard the story, this ex marine who served in Iraq and Afghanistan took a trip to Mexico and when asked at the border if he had anything to declare he presented this rifle The Mexican Authority?) said the gun was not legal and put him in jail and set it to trial. The Mexican diplomat to the USA has sent a letter saying basically we have our laws and want no interference from you.
This man thought he was doing the right thing by declaring the weapon and if found that it was illegal they could have sent him back across the border. He is being held not 5 mi. inside Mexico
On another site I advertise trips to Acapulco and Cancun and will pull these if he is not released by Christmas.
Could it be that Obama isn't helping in reaction to what happened at Sandy hook. Is he gonna let his political soapbox about gun control hamper his helping a soldier that was honorably discharged and made it through hell only to end up in a third world prison in Mexico?
